Hello everyone I am Chris and I just joined this forum not too long ago.

I sold my 85 RX-7 GSL around 3 months ago and have been car-less since then. I guess I haven't found something I really want yet.

I know I want a Turbo II. I have been around many RX-7s and know some good people who have them and are into them and all but I haven't been around many second gen turbos.

Anyway Ive got some questions I would like to ask you guys.

First of all what do you guys think is the cheapest you can pay for a good 87-88 TURBO II.

Also those of you with a TURBO II, how reliable have they been to you? I know a lot about the rotary and all and wouldnt expect one to give me absolutely no trouble, but I was just wondering what kind of experiences you have had with yours. I know a 13b is going to be a lot nicer than my 12A that i had in my 85. I got sick of the choke and I want fuel injection.

One more question. Have any of you guys had to rebuild the turbo for your 87-88 TURBO II or had to buy a new one? if so how much did that cost ya.

Anyway wish me luck finding one. I am hoping to spend like 3k or so on one and then put the rest of my money into it (mostly performance parts)

as for all your post but the turbo rebuild question you should had posted his in the buy sell section, its lower down on the main page of the forum
