Okay guys, I'm currently looking to get a new, bigger turbo for my 87 T2. Also looking for a FMIC. I would like to be at around 320-350 HP with proper tuning. My engine is street ported with about 4k miles rebuilt. 3" exhaust turbo back, Microtech LT8, 255lph fuel pump, no ac/ps, no emissions, new radiator, electric fan. What would be a good turbo setup for this? I dont wanna spend more than $500 on the turbo itself. What else would I need? What size injectors, etc.?

A BNR Hybrid would work for that power, and you wouldn't need to have a downpipe made. bnrsupercars@aol.com for more info.

Otherwise, a T04B or T04E would make that power at low boost.

Anything else, I think, would be cost prohibitive in your case.

As for injectors, maybe 550s and 720s or 550s and ~1000s.

 

Im looking at this T04B. Would this be a good buy? Or should I try to Ebay it.
