light flywheels?

I am getting ready to put my engine back in, it is now ported and I will be running the XS TO4E kit. The builder sugested using the stock flywheel but they are mostly into drag racing so I can understand how they would like the heavier flywheel. I am not going to be drag racing the car... well that is not what its main purpose is, it is just going to be an all around fun car. I have a Racing Beat aluminum flywheel, that is what I had in there before and I have no complaints, I am just wondering that if now with the single turbo there is something new to consider.
Thanks,

Thanks,
If you had it before then it shouldn't make a difference now. I have the SR Motorsports 9.5 lb. flywheel with my T-78, and I like it alot. It's just tricky to launch when you want to drag race.

If you are not SERIOUSLY into drag racing... then I would stick with the lightened flywheel.

Most street races are usually from a slight roll anyways.

I don't have any problems launching mine with a 9.5# flywheel on the dragstrip. Hold the button down engaging the secondary rev limiter at 5000 rpms and drop the clutch.

Cool, I will run the light flywheel. My car has been down for about a month and a half... I can't wait to get it back on the road!
Thanks
