leaking v-band

I have a GT35R turbo and it is leaking at the V-Band connection to the downpipe. It feels like it is coming from the bottom side of the clamp. I am going to take it apart this weekend. I am going to look to see if the down pipe is warped and make sure that the surfaces are flat. Anything else anyone can think of to look for. It is really annoying.

Thanks!

Was the kit purchased from A-spec? If so let me know. We will help you take care of the problem.

Thanks A-SPEC, but I actually purchased it from ATP. Just the turbo, dump pipe and V-band coupler. I had all of the other stuff from my old setup.

Check out the pic to see where it leaks. Basically, right under the T-bolt.

I have taken it off put it back on, etc. It is tightened down all the way. I have tried it at various levels of tighting.
