Ok heres the deal

I have a T66 which has a 2.5" outlet
I have a NPR intercooler with 3" inlet/outlets

should I go with 2.5" on the turbo side
and 3" on the TB side? - I could cut off the first lip of the (3rdgen)Greddy Elbow and it becomes 3" with a bead on it just like the first half
or should I go 2.5 all around?

plan to run 18-25PSI depending on how the unpinned motor handles the Boost levels

I have the IC inbetween the radiator support
so any piping would not be very long at all

I need to make a radiator deflector
and seal the sides of the radiator
so most of the air coming into the bumper opening
is directed at the IC and build air pressure

I'm also going to build a duct underneath the car to direct air into the oil cooler

Which NPR is that? the big one or the medium one?

 

i've got a big one and i think i need to get rid of it for the medium. my core is 19.75 x 14.75 with the 3" in/outlets. wanting to use as a fmic for my FD. any traders?
