Injector sizing.... little help?

Injector sizing.... little help?
I've come down to 2 options for injectors
Either 4x1000cc
or
2x 750cc, 2x1200cc
Car will be running Microtech lt10s, Walbro 255, large street port and a BW S362
I guess the trade off is easier transition for secondaries or better idle?
