im giving up on walbro pumps
i thought the walbro could support 400 flywheel power. the pumps seems to act like it cannot support my 1600's. when i get past 4 or 5lbs of boost my fuel pressure starts dropping. it does it with the stock fuel pressure regulator or external one. brand new fuel filter and new lines. i thought it could handle this. im on my third walbro. the previous two died.

the fuel pump may not be getting the full 12V's it need to perform correctly.. there is a relay that switches if from a lower voltage to 12 when the computer tell's it to... the best way is to wire it so that it get's the full 12V's all the time... use the current power wire to turn on a seperate relay and wire the fuel pump directly to the battery.. You may also want to check the quality of the ground on the gas tank...
