I need the answer by 3:45 pm!!!

I NEED HELP AGAIN! EACH time I ask a question you guys start arguing about other CRAP!! CAN WE PLEASE stick to the topic of the POST!!!!

With a stock engine
XS turbo TO4e
Apexi PFC
high flow cat
downpipe
PFS intercooler
Intake
Of course I will have injectors and radiator and ...

what should I expect rwhp wise( I know it depends on boost..so give me some scenarios at 12 pis=XXX and so on--I will probably not be able to go higher than 17 psi with the intercooler I will be using).

Thanks and please hurry!!!!

I leave to put the car in the shop. And I really want to know what I can expect when I get the car back with those mods.

So running low to medium boost I should or rather may be around 390-400 mark at the wheels?

Even with a single turbo, look at his mods.

385RWHP at 12PSI, noway!

Try about 340RWHP max at 12PSI.

Be sure to post us the results.

No problem I will post as soon as I dyno the car. You say max is 340 rwhp..what can be done to increase that BESIDES a port job? And maintain reliability?

The ports are limiting you. The only other things you can do to increase HP is create a cooler intake charge and spend some time fine tuning your PFC. Your exhaust system will also have something to do with how much HP you will make.

Should I go with a full exhaust then..I did not want to go with a mid-pipe b/c of boost creep....is this a valid concern?

The T04E has to have an aftermarket wastegate....boost creep shouldn't be a concern....

I cannot believe I am still at work! Man oh man...anyway so boost creep should not be a problem with the TO4e huh...so a full exhaust might be a doable thing ehh?

My guess is 380 rwhp @ 15psi.
I'll be surprised if more.
can't wait for the results.

Agreed with cewrx7r1.

340 RWHP at 12 psi

I would guess around 375 RWHP at 15psi.

Also concur that the stock ports are limiting you at this point.

I had a very similar set up that resulted in 370RWHP @15psi. Limiting factor was the cat. Take that out and you can look at closer to 400RWHP.

I'm tuning a stock port 88 TII presently that made at 12psi a maximum of 340RWHP and at minimum(too rich) 325RWHP. It's running a 60-1 turbo.

Looks like around 320-360 rwhp is what I would expect. This should be a good expectation. Tuning is everything though...

In order to get more, will take more money. Here is my mod list for what it is worth and a link to a dyno chart.

- HKS T04E single
- "radical sand-rail" port (Redline Engineering)
- 2 mm Hurley seals (special from Redline Engineering)
- cryo all seals
- lightened and clipped rotors (Racing Beat)
- intake ports cleaned
- pinned housings and other special machining for sand
- rail motor (Redline Engineering)
- DynoMax mid-muffler
- 660 cc pri, 1200 cc sec RC injectors
- Greddy SP exhaust
- HKS front mount type "S" intercooler
- ceramic coated exhaust manifold, exhaust housing of
turbo, and down-pipe
- SX fuel pressure regulator and Denso fuel pump
- PowerFC computer tuned by X S Engineering
- APEXi AVC-R Boost controller
- Magnecor plug wires
- NGK plugs
- B&M Ignition Amp
- KAAZ 2-way LSD
- MazdaSpeed Power-Plant-Frame
- B&M Short Shifter
- Brembo large front rotors and calipers
- CWC sway-bar mounts
- Racing Beat front and rear sway bar
- Tokico Illumina 5-way shocks
- Eibach Pro-kit springs
- Volk SE-37 wheels
- '99 JDM front clip and rear wing
- Fluidyne radiator
- huge Earl's oil cooler
- ACT clutch and pressure plate
- Unorthodox pulley set
- nice stereo (that 'ya can't hear!)

RX-7 dyno chart

I am pushing 402 rwhp peak with 390-400 rwhp between 6500-8100 rpm.

The horsepower will depend on how you tune it with the machining and software tuning. This is the tricky part to get right.

Beats the h@!! out of me!

It ain't no "street port"...

Basically, I think they just enlarged the ports some more is all.

Hope this helps.
