I have a single turbo conversion on my rex and currently its running just under 400rwhp at 1bar of boost but i have recently been thinking about increasing the boost a little. My tuner said i have plenty of fuel for more power but hes unsure about the turbo as these types are rare in the UK. The turbo came from www.cheapturbos.com but im not sure on the trim type etc. Would running it around 17-18PSI be ok for the turbo or would it be just creating hot air??

it will make 20+ psi no problem. 17-18 psi is fine.
