How important to gravity feed the A1000?

As title suggest, Im doing a instal that is tough on space and I realise the A1000 should be gravity fed, but has anyone had anyluck mounting it higher than the fuel feeds?

you can run the A1000 higher if you have a swirl pot.

I'd keep it as gravity fed as you can..... MAKE SPACE.

I've seen one mounted up in the bumper support area. Obviously they cleared out a spot for it... I did not hear of any ill effects. If anyones interested I have my new Aeromotive Eliminator pump for sale (flows 35% more than original a1000). Check out the whole setup! https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=701516
