Would that be hard to spool?

 

i saw that turbo going for $3000 or around there!

The specs sound fine, it'll spool nicely on a 13B. You should make 400-450hp at the flywheel on 15psi or so with a decent engine and tuning and pump fuel. More with more boost and decent fuel!

Depending on setup (and load) it should start boosting around 2000rpm and be at 10psi by 3600rpm no worries. Lag is almost non-existent. Basically, as soon as you are WOT it is on boost (1-2psi) (assuming you are above boost threshold (eg 4000rpm)) with normal boost arriving not much later.

The turbo should be a lot less than US$3000!!! More like US$1500 in your hands!

maybe you could point me in the right direction, but...
i'm looking for a single turbo for road racing.. i was originally going to go with a T04S and try to find a BB, but.. alas no luck.

the GT turbo I mentioned above is 2800 here in the US..

I'm looking for around 400-450 RWHP, with a power band from 3k-8k..
