HKS Racing wastegate flange part # or CAD drawing?

Anybody know the part # of the flange for the HKS racing wastegate or have a CAD drawing of it? I'm looking to make an adapter for my Greddy manifold, but I'm not sure if the 'Standard/Racing inlet adapter steel weld-on' listed on their site is what I'm looking for or not, basically I just want a flat flange (not the base, those things are $75 and I REALLY don't want to weld on one, I'm afraid of warping that expensive thing!), so I'm looking to see if I can just find the flat flange to weld to, then I can bolt my base to that with the gasket they provide. Anybody?

I think this is the thing I'm looking for, but the HKS phone support didn't provide me much help...

1499-RA094, all it says is Standard/Racing Steel weld-on adapter flange, no idea if it's the inlet or what...

If you got any of the gaskets (Greddy R/C inlet, or HKS inlet), I could use either of those as well. Let me know, I keep trying to get someone at HKS who has an idea if it's what I need but they're not sure, would suck to waste $30 and find out it's wrong.
