HKS cast oil line ?? for those who have this on a FD only.
1st I have done a search read a lot of threads to get a specific answer....maybe I missed it.
I have a TO4R and the older HKS cast manifold( it was just bought from MVP motorsports authorized HKS). I am having a bitch of a time trying to get the -10 return to get past the turbine and to the intake front cover.
The turbo is sooo close and back that 90' and even 45' seem to almost touch the pipe out the front cover. The HKS authorized dealer sent me a three inch long pipe that takes a hose to band clamp by HKS.(WTF?) I have indexed the turbo and its the place of the turbo by the manifold that gives me a hard time. I have the adapter plates for the retun out the T and to the front housing.I saw a pic of a set up on on FC ..tried it that way but the oil meter pump plugs prevet me from using the adapter straight to the housing cover. Most manifolds sit up and forward so it gives a little room. I would like some one to email me a pic or or their specific layout with this FD setup.
I have read most of the threads on the oil line setups.
Thanks for your help.

The A'PEXi RX6 and KG/RR R85 kits both use a section of hose with clamps for the drain line. I realize the placement is different with the HKS manifold, but I never had any trouble with the use of a hose with clamps in my oil drain (ran the RX6 kit for ~20K miles, and now breaking in my rebuilt engine with the R85 kit).
