hey marcel what car u driving ,what mods yuh have & what times u running????? do u have that white 3rd gen?? if thats u howcome yuh running 13's on that t04 & E6K?? it seems that u running slower with these mods than the stock twins & ECM.....who is yuh mechanic,Pretence?? i know Un-ported 3rd gens with stock twins & a reprogram ECM running 12's in street form.....dude i think most of not all of the "mechanics" in trinidad dont know jack sheit about rotarys.....look at sean readdy in the tube frame sunny,hes running a monster Bridge port with NOS & a jerrico or G-force tranny & he running like sheit....now look at that fella Bajjie from queenz NYC,he have a datsun with a 1/2 chassis & steel body with a similar motor setup as readdy & he doing 9.93 & he alot heavier too......another flop in trinidad is jason Lang "puff n stuff" rx7 with a full tube frame 2nd gen ,series 6 motor & a big single turbo.....he cant even crack into the 9's with that turbo motor......

i know for a fact that 3rdGen7 will set some sick records in TnT with his car....because he have the guidance & teachings of the pro's here in the US & in OZ....

i'm not bashing anyone here,but trinidad been racing rotaries for a long long while & i've seen no great improvment in performance or times......with this in mind i know for sure that some people not doing there homework...

hey Bat ,sorry ah mean Marcel....i herd that a world reknown Haltech tuner might be comming to trinidad for the christmas vacation....why dont u plan a tune session with him,let him work his magic on that REW....and i garantee you when he finish tuning it u'll be running some serious times.....

3rdGen7 u have my full support with your project & i KNOW that u'll mash-up the place when yuh done with the rocket.......

Ay GREG thanks man . ROTARYBOYZ .............I like you you seem cool and down to earth unlike some other members ( 3RDGen and AJC13b) , I think I might be able to really talk to you .
To answer the first question , I am own a 1995 R1 with E6K ,six injectors , AEROMOTIVE pump , PAXTON fuel regulator , oversized fuel lines , sumped fuel tank ( thanks guys) , T66 (T70 compressor wheel ? ) 1.15 a/r exhaust housingdevided tang. , fully devided 2'' exhaust manifold , 3.5'' down pipe and 3'' custom exhaust piping , pair of 35mm wastegates , Tial blow off , large NPR intercooler with custom 3" piping , Greddy elbow , Aquamist water injection MSD ignition on leading plugs , lots of gauges and a shift light.
I am presently rebuilding my motor with HURLEY racing seals (apex and side ) , half bridge port , constant oiling mod. , race clearanced rotors (thanks RICE) , race bearings , 10.5# JUN chromolly flywheel , ACT extreme clutch and other little stuff.
My car is red with some black stripes over it sort of like a VIPER , I am called DuMaurier man , before going down for the rebuild I was running the E6K , intercooler , and fuel system with the stock twins at 10psi , I couldn't get it past that , I never timed my car but I won some and lost some .
I am my own mechanic ,I do it all on my own , I would tend to agree that mechanics down here are some what unimpressive but this scene is quite new to them and they work without the proper tuning equipment and a dyno, PRENTICE is coming along well he has a few fast ones in his stable , a HONDA tube frame doing low 10's and a street second gen doing 11.6 with a 50 shot of NOS and a H3 TO4B !!, I will be tuning by him because he has a EUGO and the most experience , I know how difficult it is because I tuned my car using a a/f ratio gauge , for about eight months .
As for SEAN he is doing my porting work , he is good at that , he is coming out with a turboed (TA45) 13B rew , HALTECH management etc. , before it was carbuerated without a turbo and not a series six , he should do well .
If THE HITMAN doec come I will be first in line , I am not making excuses but with the lack of equipment we are doing the best that we can trying to keep th ROTARY flag flying high!!.

Ahemm.. Marcel, Japan naver made any R1's in 1995. The R1's were made from late 1991-early/mid 1992. The R2's began in Mid '92-93. If your car is a 95,... I'd have to see it, ...but I would guess it may be an RB or maybe even an RS.
