HELP! high idle!

hi everyone. I've been searching for over a week and I cant find anything related to my problem. I have a 93 FD with single T-60, SDS EM2 computer, modified ECU, DP, MP, and XS engineering FMIC. I just installed a fluidyne radiator and I redid my pipes for the FMIC. I know I have a boost leak coming from the turbo to the IC, so I'm going to fix that soon. also my battery died so I had to get a new one.

after I was done with my project, I took it out for a spin. I boosted to only 2-3 lbs and I let go the gas pedal. I noticed that the gas pedal was still depressed and car just kept on going. I put it in neutral and the RPMs were bouncing off the rev limiter. so I just shut her off. first thing I checked was the throttle cable and it had enough slack. then I checked the throttle plates, thinking that it was stuck open, but that was also fine. then I towed the car to my friends house. the next morning, the RPMs werent bouncing off the rev limiter but it was still high - around 3k.

I talked to some people and they suggested the UIM and LIM gaskets. I just replaced them and I still have a high idle of 3k. If I just let it sit, I could hear the turbo spooling. does anyone have any suggestions on what could be the problem? thanks.

what ECU are you using and where was it tuned? do you know the specifics or could there be a chance it isn't tuned for your setup?

other than that you might wanna try the TPS(throttle position sensor)?

good luck.

the thing is that the car was running fine before I redid my pipes and installed the radiator. ever since I installed the new radiator, it hasnt been running the same way.

the ECU is modified from speedline engineering (thats what it says on the ECU.) but I will try and tinker with the TPS. thanks.

Does it make the car run cooler or hotter? I'm not sure if the radiator would cause a problem.
