Looks good, but you might want to add a ignition amp. I'm using the HI-6, but If I did it all over again, I'd go with the HKS Twin Power. Let us know how it turns out. CJ

So you say HKS Twin Power?
The guys here in Sweden do not think I will need it.
But mayby I shall order it from rx7trix togheter with the other parts.
This is what I need:
-GReddy FMIC
-GReddy Elbow
-GReddy BOV
-ACT Clutch
-HKS catback
-Koyo radiator
-ASI ast
-K2RD secondary fuel rail
And then the HKS Twin Power, just 435$ ... phuuu
It will be a large bill from Rx7trix.com

I started to get breakup at 14psi with the stock ignition. This is with brand new plugs, plug wires and an overbuilt ground strap system.

I would remove 850 primaries from your list. 550s/1600s are more than adaquate for nearly 500rwhp at 85% duty cycle with 43.5 psi of fuel pressure. Remember, the tradeoff to going with larger injectors is worse atomization, driveability and, in the case of 850 primaries, a greater chance of fuel leakage.

Ok, so stock 550s is enough?
I will bu really happy if the dyno shows 400 rwhp at 14psi, Is it possible?
What do you guys think about AEM Ecu? Shall I keep my Power FC or shall I go for AEM?
There is not that many people here in sweden how knows the Power FC.

should be enough to make your goal. It all depends on tuning. With the ported motor at 15 psi, you should have no problem getting 400 rwhp. Hks twin power is great. i added it and it gave me almost 15 rwhp.

I see that your spec is almost the same as mine, apart from the ported engine.
At which pressure did you get 403 rwhp?

Personally, I would'nt spend the extra $$ on the AEM. The power FC has proven itself to work well with single turbos. CJ

I am running a stock ignition on mine and am putting down 493 rwhp. Save your money on the amp.

550/1600s are fine. From what I have been told most of the '1600cc' bosch injectors that rx7 vendors sell are actually 1680s. Either way you will have lots of head room. Max Cooper has a terrific fuel system calculator on his website. http://www.maxcooper.com/rx7/how-to/...tem/calcs.html

With 550/1680s, 43.5psi of fuel pressure you have enough fuel for 494 rwhp at 85% duty cycle.

too bad you're in sweden or you could go to kd rotory and get 20psi on pump gas with skips mod.for you people that are a little more local you should check him out.
i know there are going to be a lot of none believers out there but it's true, just call them. i had it done on a new street port motor but i can't pick it up yet... damn snow.right now i'm only gonna run 8psi until the motor is ready in about 500 miles then it's back to skip for the full 20psi

Its hard to find people how know the Power FC here in sweden.
But there is one guy how went single together with the Power FC. I will talk to hem and see if he can help me out when its time.

Here is my "old" enginebay. Now its time to lift out the engine end send it away for a street port and 3 mm apex seals

Why 3mm seals? Are your rotors worn?

fpr... is fuel pressure regulator. gotta keep an eye on the fuel pressure so it doesn't drop on you while you driving.

I second that. Just had Steve Kan street tune my car and @16.7 psi estimated a bit over 400 rwhp with no break up whatsoever. All new coils, wires, and "Special" plugs.

I was thinking...you know you should build the car for more boost than 15-16psi. I'd go over kill on the fuel system, and run a 850-1680 setup. CJ
