I was wondering about this ! i read somewhere that gus in your power range run 80+% duty cycle using 6 X 1600's ! . I am keeping my primaries functional , I will be using a pair of 1600's there and four more on the TB.

A&B Epoxy just shove into the injector holes and then shape it to the form of the housing. If you do it well enough after you paint the housing you can barely tell that there use to be holes there. If you look at the center plate you can slightly see the epoxy. If I get a chance I'll take a better pic of it.

Just use JB Weld. Put some tape on the underside to hold it in and fill up the hole to the top. Nice and even and works great. The quick stuff sets up hard in around 4 min. too. Never had a problem using it, Just take the tape off when its set up and your done.
Hell I once used JB Weld to hold in a valve seat that kept poping out of a Onan 20hp motor. Ran for 800 hours without coming back out lol.

Hey, where did you end up finding the super-simple little plugs in the middle pic? I know the first is Mazda Racing, the third is Racing Beat and that Atkins has a fourth kit, but I like that second one.
