I was wondering about this ! i read somewhere that gus in your power range run 80+% duty cycle using 6 X 1600's ! . I am keeping my primaries functional , I will be using a pair of 1600's there and four more on the TB.

leave a couple of old stock injectors in place (unplugged), and make sure the rail is bolted down right.

A&B Epoxy just shove into the injector holes and then shape it to the form of the housing. If you do it well enough after you paint the housing you can barely tell that there use to be holes there. If you look at the center plate you can slightly see the epoxy. If I get a chance I'll take a better pic of it.

Hell I once used JB Weld to hold in a valve seat that kept poping out of a Onan 20hp motor. Ran for 800 hours without coming back out lol.
What type of JB Weld ? I'd like to fill the holes this weekend and I know JB Weld is available just about anywhere.

Hey, where did you end up finding the super-simple little plugs in the middle pic? I know the first is Mazda Racing, the third is Racing Beat and that Atkins has a fourth kit, but I like that second one.
