600 whp huh? thats a pretty big goal. You definitely have the turbo for it, you will need some pretty large porting done to the motor (large street port or even half-bridge) Also, much more fuel, 850 or 1000 primaries or even larger, and 1680 secondaries, step up the fuel pump to dual nippondensos or an aeromotive a1000 and a surge tank. I would also step up the ignition, MSD 6a and msd coils work very well. Thats it for now, i'm sure others will chime in too.

Upgrade your whole fuel system
DP, MP, catback (straight pipe)
HKS Twin Power Ignition
Agressive street port or Half or Full bridgeport
Rotors need to be balanced
Race bearings
2 piece eccentric shaft
Good intercooler setup
ECU
Exedy twin plate clutch
Good tuner
I'm getting all of that and a lot more done to my car right now from PFSupercars and the bill is 13k. It's not cheap.
