I believe its for a cummins. the box has a part number of 3591018 and below it has a discription with a number hx40w. He doesn't know any specs and i know there are some turbo gurus here than can tell me if this would work. thanks.

 

depends on what kind of power you are looking to make and where you want to make it. This turbo should be similar to a T-66. A hx35 would be closer to a to4 .... also doon't know the AR on that housing ... sorry.

the exhaust is 16cm. this will be on a ported motor, haltech, 1600 secondaries and large ic.

 

Actually after talking with my friend it appears too things ... this turbo is probably more like a T61 at the most and could be similar to the to4b 60-1 turbo. We are still debating this one ... however this turbo has been coming apart on the diesel guys so I would stay away from it. I know they've had success with HX35 turbos ... seems like a better turbo than the equivalent Garrett unit .... just keep digging!

 

I love this turbo!!! My car produced 498 rwhp at 0.7 bar... nice huh?
This month I am switching to 1680 secondaries and going for 1.2 or 1.5 bar boost...
