Now that the turbo, manifold and some other parts here .. Its time to put things in motion ..

The turbo always looked large in the pictures but in real it looks smaller. Also no turbo flange included and the fittment between the manifold and turbo is crap. So I took both to an engineering firm today were they will make a custom 6 poin stainless steel 5mm flange thickness (would 5mm be enough) else they said they can do 10mm steel one. And the connecting point at the manfold with the turbo will be cut and a new one will be made to fit perfect with the turbo T4 connector.

Rotorsports secondary fuel rail and boush 1600cc secondary injectors also came with the stuff but wonder if I'm to use them or use Rx7store extreme fuel kit instead!!!!

A few things. The turbo should bolt up to that manifold as long as the turbo is T4 and the wastegate flange is on backwards.

The turbo does bolt onto the manifold but the holes are not that well aligned and has to be forced to fit. So I wanted the manifold to be redone to eleminate any leak, gasket or fittment issues. Like they say, prevention is better than cure.
