Are you sure that's a gt37? Those specs are smaller than a gt35. The 37 has specs that are closely related to a to4r which are 67mmx84mm

Moving on. Thats too big to worry about so maybe a boat anchor? How do these specs look? 66 mm compressor wheel, .82 ar exhaust housing with a 72 mm exhaust wheel. I'm not sure what I could compare that turbo to. Its a borg warner s300s008, but its not a commonly used turbo as far as I can find. Might have something to do with John Deere being stamped on it haha.

The turbo you have is smaller than that Borg Warner..... Why not just use the Garrett?

The exhaust A/R is what worries me about the Garrett. Being that large it would move great air up top, but i'm going to lose a lot of bottom end. Being a daily street car bottom end matters a bit. These turbo's are all pretty readily available to me for cheap which is why i'm looking into them a bit more. Theres not really a lot of info on them because they're oddball turbos

It's a t3 turbine housing. That's about the right size you would want for a t3. Even still it's small for a rotary. Sell them both then and buy a proper sized t4 framed turbo.

Unless it has a custom housing, according to their drawing it's a t3

What are your power goals?

Compressor has lower flow rate than standard GT3582R, it flows even less than old 60-1 compressor which has comparable inducer diameter. It could support about 470 HP@crank.

On the other hand, turbine and housing combo can support much more, its really mismatched combination, designed for low speed, large displacement diesel engine with large volume flow of exhaust gases I.e. engine with small dynamic range, exactly opposite what is needed with high speed gasoline engine.

It is off a diesel which is why the thing is so awkward. I'm only looking to make a little over 400 to the wheels.

I actually dropped the idea of the 3782 and went with the 4094r.

^ Little overkill for 400 at the wheels.

Haha yeah but my friends talked me into it. If im gonna do it i might as well go all out. Besides, from what i can tell with a half *** tune that i'm working on, i can hit 10psi with the 4094r by about 3400-3600 rpms and i only plan on running 16-20psi at the most.
