GT35R T04 1.0 A/R results on my SA

I got my SA dynoed yesterday. Had some fuel delivery issues.. The walbro inline i had couldn't keep up above 5k. Gonna get a bigger pump and finish the tuning in 2 weeks.. Not bad #'s for a 5k pull.. 300.50 RWHP and 294.38 Torque @ 5k.. should get 400 RWHP after i get new pump installed.. Dave (Guitar Junkie) can give more details about the dyno runs.. Good job A-Spec on this turbo..

Nice, that should be a blast on such a small car! Are your rear tines going to be able to handle it? Hmm, at first everyone one said Walbro could handle the HP and after the dyno runs everyone is finding out it can't and adding a second one. Maybe it's flow rating is for 14v? I hope I don't have to run direct wire for my Nismo pump.

I'm working on a custom ford rear 8.8 setup. After I'm done I will run some 245 rears

I used the 255 lph in-tank walbro through a stock fuel line (into an AN-6 Y, then to the chopped s% rails) and I pulled 459 at the wheels using the ASpec GT35R kit. I'm surprised your walbro couldn't keep up.

I think the problem is the pump has to suck the fuel from the tank. It's not a in-tank pump..

Congrats! Now run two pumps and turn up the boost. I'm tired of seeing people get a nice single set up and not think of the fuel pump. 1 Walboro doesn't deliver. I had the same exact problem with my first single FD. We didn't finish tuning do to fuel pressure drop. You'll find it that a lot of people here run into the same problem. Run bigger lines too!

I was told the walbro would be enough but it isn't.. I already have -8 SS feed and -6 SS return so i'm good there.. once the pump comes in we'll see what i can do..

If you can give me a dyno sheet, I like to keep records on customer cars when possible.

Im doing a similar setup to you gonzz and to give you an idea of the fuel setup im running (total overkill BTW). Aeromotive A1000 with -10an feed, -8an return. Overkill, but its better than leaning out...

Good deal. You can run two Walboros. Put them on individual relays and wire them to the battery so you have constant 12 volts.

I was going to do that but will go with a A1000. It's a proven pump and don't want any more fuel issues..

you don't want that one. wait till he gets the fuel done and i'll come back out and retune it. i knew it was having issues and i didn't want to blow it up, so i backed the timing off to something like 8-9*...there's LOTS more power to be had once everything's all buttoned up.
other than the fuel issues up top, the car runs very well and it's a blast to ride in. i can't wait to take it around the block with 400+ to the wheels!!!

btw, you gonna sell me a t4 hot side for the 35r on the rx8 i'm doing? that one will be teh pimpness
