I am having trouble on where to hook up the oil lines to on the motor. Does anyone have any pictures or an illustration?

the same place they go stock...on from the oil gallery on the front iron to the top of the turbo... and one from the bottom of the turbo to the oil return fitting just below the OMP on the front cover of the motor.

 

Or use the stock oil line with an Earl's adapter.

 

Only one oil line is used. You should have got a block off plate for the rear iron with the kit.
