GT35R CHRA on TO4Z housings?

Hello everyone. I have a strange question, I just bought a turbo that was supposed to be a GT35R but after looking around and researching I found out that the housings it has seem to be from a TO4Z ( Compressor .70 a/r and turbine 1.00 a/r ) and look exactly like the ones I see on this post:
https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-rx-7-1993-2002-parts-99/fs-18-gramlight-57-pros-new-t04z-turbo-powerfc-commander-fp-misc-items-786364/
Now, the CHRA seem to be the GT35R one because of the number on the plate: 714568-5002.
So the question is: Is there a way to make the housings work with that CHRA? Because the turbine and compressor wheels are supposed to be different diameter on both models.
They look like they fit very well in my turbo.
I may be overlooking something so please let me know if I am wrong or if there is an explanation for it.
Thank you very much for your help...

The compressor housing you see in the picture is a T04S compressor housing. Its used on MANY turbos from the 60-1, T61, TS04, T63, T04Z, T66, GT35R, and many others. The GT35R is SUPPOSED TO COME with that compressor housing. Now for the turbine, 1.00 A/R is a standard T4 housing and not a GT series (its not a 1.06 is it?). I'd take BOTH compressor and turbine housings off and measure both the major and minor wheel diameters and either cross refferance it to a GT35R to make sure, or report the measurements here so someon can verify. It has a water cooled and oil lube CHRA right?

Hi Mike, thanks for the clarifications. Yes it is a 1.00a/r exactly as the one in the picture, I mean it has exactly the same inscriptions and everything.
I can not measure the wheels right now since I sent the CHRA to be exchanged for a new one because it was damaged.
But before I sent it, I measured it in a very rustic way ( I don't have a good measuring device around here these days) and it seem to be within the specs of the GT35R.
I guess someone played with the turbine housings and changed them.
As for the .70a/r on the compressor, I know it is the size that comes from Garrett but is it the one that A-Spec uses for the RX7 also?
Thanks for your help again.
