GT35/40R Swap in process...coolant/oil lines help request.

Hey guys,
I am in the middle of a GT35/40R turbo swap and things have been going smoothly but I have a few questions for people that have done this swap before. I was curious what kind of oil feed/return lines people were using and what type of oil feed/return lines people were using as well. I have seen people using what looks like a blue rubber or silicone hose but I am not sure where to get it and if they are using it for all the lines coming off the turbo. If anyone could give me a few pointers or your personal input that would be great. Thanks!

Added Late: Also if I need to move to AN fittings what sizes do you guys suggest and how much of each do you guys think I will need. Thanks!

as far as oil lines i usually run a steel braided line with an fittings, coolant i just use a regular coolant line that you can buy at any automotive store and barb fittings off the turbo.

For the oil line you should use -4 with a restrictor or -3 without. For the coolant lines it should be -6
