turbo...oil lines...and specs?

g'day gents,

i have finally got around to installing my incomplete single turbo kit.
i bought it used 2 years ago and im a noob mechanic

im not really sure which is the oil feed side and which is the oil drain side......
is the fitting pointing down the oil drain, and is the hose nipple the oil feed receptor?

the other question is can anyone tell what kind of compressor i have......all it says on it is borg warner t04B on the compressor.

thats what i thought......here is my problem.......right now, the oil drain is pointing up and the feed is down......i understand that the oil drain needs to point down....correct?

does this mean that i need to rotate the turbine to the other side so that the drain points down?

one more question....the blades on my twins still spin with the push of a finger (uninstalled) but i cant spin the blades on this turbo.......once the gasses are passing through, and a little oil lube, i assume the shaft will spin...right???

Yep , you need to slacken the bolts / clamps holding on either housing and rotate them until the oil drain points down , you have about 30deg from vertical to play with. If you cahhot turn the wheels with your fingers , you have a problem ! , try some CRC overnight , if that doesnt work it needs to be overhauled.
