GT35/40 turbo with Apexi kit

I currently have the RX-6 turbo kit set up but I want the Gt35/40. Can I just change only the turbo w/o changing the whole kit??.

No, the flange on the apex'i manifold is different and won't fit a GT35/40

If you weld a flange on the manifold it should work.

Oh, also am I correct in assuming that the 35/40 is a T3?

It's a T3 footprint with a T04S sized comp housing.
