gt35/40 shopping list....please take a look?

my sister is coming over from australia....was going to try to get a gt35/40 kit from down under for cheap...in addition to the kit what will i need???
fuel pressure regulator?
bov? or is it included in the kit?
front mount? ( have a greddy smic)
850 cc primaries? ( have 1300 cc injectors)
better pump? ( have a cosmo pump)

any suggestions are apprecitated.... how hard is it to drop the fmic and single in??? i have swapped out the twins before by myself w/o much problem... does the kit fit easily or does it need a little ghetto rigging? and one last question who wants to help me drop that baby in when i get it thanks kevin

I put my own front mount in and put a new radiator in at the sametime. After it was over with I had to take the A/C off and put it back on and make about 20 trips to the local hardware store because I pulled my radiator forward because my fmic had to go were it used to be.
The fmic conversion wasnt a weekend job for me but it was worth it in the end. I used a koyo radiator from radiator.com, 330.00 and as far as the single conversion goes it looks to me like you have everything.

Your 550 primaries are fine, upgrade secondaries to at least 1300cc but better 1600cc with rail. 1:1 rate fuel pressure regulator. Front mount is good but everything including the fuel system is dependant on your needs. What boost you planning to run? How much power you trying to make? Do you have 1/4 mile goals? How strong is your motor? Miles? What about clutch?. That street strip wont last long unless you run 10 psi. You gotta upgrade stock components. If your power goals are high your going to need an upgraded Diff and axle shafts. Stock ignition is good for now but high boost 17+ you will need to upgrade that as well.

I'd be weary of that pump. If you do use it make sure to install a pressure gauge so you can see if it's falling off.

I've run 20 psi on a cosmo pump. I wouldn't suggest running it for more than that though. I plan to go with a dual pump setup soon.

Will a high flow nippon denso pump (the one RX7store sells) work effectively for GT3540s fuel needs. Under what boost does that one crash.
