gt 35/40 install

what's the best way to mount the wastegate to the
downpipe and manifold. IT looks like the flanges are off.
Do I need to drill bigger holes, or muscle it in.

flanges shouldnt be off. they may look like they are, but most likely you just have to attach all the bolts, and then tighten from there.
