greddy type r bov w/ softer spring

greddy type r bov w/ softer spring
i was wondering if any of you guys had any experience with replacing the stiff type r spring with the standard spring from the greddy type s
Are they even the same spring other than the tension? i thought the type R was a bigger spring.
not sure tho, cuz i have both bov. Type R is in the tool box cuz i didnt order a soft spring yet.
