depending on your HP, you may need a new clutch.

Based on your sig, I thought you were giving up and dropping a camaro motor in your FD

Spend some time in the single turbo archives and you'll find everything you need.....

P.S. Stock clutch won't last past 275-300ish rwhp.

It was just a joke lol

I will definitely spend some more time in the single turbo section, it came up last minute that my turbo was "destroyed" lol

a lot of money....but joking aside. once you're pushing 400+ is when you need to start thinking of beefing things up. clutch is a good place to start. TII rearend if you're gettin really serious, new bushing set while everything is out...umm. make sure you're fuel setup is in GOOD, WORKING order (ie: filter). also thing about a better ignition setup and plugs.

das all i can think of now. friends are over and im drunk.
dont go v8

I can only speak about the tires I have used on my FD. My favorite tires so far have been Yokohama AVS Sports. Take a look at Goodfellas tire thread in the suspension section. Lots of good info in there. They are not for stock wheels but it should give you a good idea of what's out there.

Have you replaced the old wire harness ? Thats $700 dollars well spent.

Most FD's original ones are extra crispy after all those heat cycles

I second that with the wiring harness. The harness and connectors get destroyed over time. It only takes one wire, maybe an injector wire, to break off, and all of your hard work is down the drain.
