I've got a GT40R on mine. I believe it has a 1.06 A/R Turbine housing. I thought it would be laggy as hell, but the engine revs so quickly that it spools very quickly. Not to mention these turbos are rated at like 700HP, its not a bad deal at all.

I think I get full boost around 4k

If you're goal is 450+, stock map is fine. I believe it's a 2 bar, but correct me if I am wrong, it's been awhile.

What fuel will you be using? Any AI?

You don't need a GT40R to make 450WHP. Thats a little overkill don't you think? A GT345R can produce high 400's/low 500's.

Well, the + sign indicates he may want more. If he's shooting for over 500, the GT40r will be nice. I am going to 600 on my 4094
