Going for 550rwhp pump...major ignition breakup

Replaced coils w another working set, new wires, cleaned cas, checked trigger wheel clearance.
Still breakin up at anything under 10.8 on my zeitronix with or without AI. Loaded an older map which runs around a 11.2-11.7 afr at same boost level and runs fine no breakup.
The wideband is either misreading the afr and reporting leaner or ignition simply can't ignite anything under 11.
My concern is that if I am truly running an 11.5 that may be too lean for safety at 20-24psi on pump. I am running 660cc 50/50 water meth
I'm leaning towards wb reading slightly lean.
