Gasket kit delete list for single turbo?

Does anyone have a list of gaskets to purchase separately since there would be a lot for the twin turbos that won't be used? ...or even a list of the ones not needed and I'll piece together a single kit.

Basically just the block to manifold gasket as everything else will be different on the single unless you fit up an oil drain to bolt in the stock location as well everything else would be single specific t4 t3 t6 v-band yada yada. And those oem exhaust manifold gaskets are about 70+ a piece if memory serves and there's 2

Is that it? The kit is something over $500 for the twins.

block to manifold
oil line to block (other side blocked off)
oil pan (maybe, since no one uses it)
...?

whats the oil pan gasket have to do with single conversion? not to mention no one uses it anymore just a quality pan brace or the xsessive/pineapple pan.
where are you getting the 'kit' from you can order singles.... http://mazdatrix.com/TurboGaskets.htm

and i just saw they had the block to turbos for $115 each. i know some dont use em or get copper or the like ask around for a more cost effective alternative.

what the deal with wanting a kit? for you or to sell?

^ thread is what gaskets are still needed as buying a complete kit for the stock twin engine is a waste of money as most will not be used.

I'm not buying a kit, i'm peicing it. Point of the thread.

I have a pan brace allthough I won't be using it since it raised the engine up. Yes I know most don't use oil pan gaskets, I quoted that already.

Copper gaskets would be alot better then oem. Will have to research that.

I don't want a complete kit, again the point of the thread. I have no intention of buying a kit and selling it. I don't want a complete kit.

hmmm ok well not many gaskets are twin specific and most engine gasket kits dont have them as the kits are for a short block only as turbos are honestly an accessory. like the mazdatrix kit is 53x.xx and a quick look only has one twin specific gasket for the downpipe but this is the soft seal kit only.

The copper gasket on fleabay is for 2nd gen. I found an aftermarket set for $500 there from Atkins. I thought the oem set was at least $600 retail. You can see the oil pan and turbo gaskets in the picture.

ya they sell online go to thier website you'll see quite different prices for the rebuild kits that looks to be just the overhaul gasket kit which they dont list on the site alone only with apex seals and all. the only one close to that price is the rotor kit only... are you looking for everything or just the 'soft' gaskets/seals? hard seals being rotor kits and apex seals?

I'm looking at the overhaul kit. If that is the same thing Mazda calls a gasket kit or master overhaul gasket kit then I understand the price. I will be getting all the seals seperately so I don't see anything vital I would need to replace, except the water pump and possibly exhaust gaskets. All the stuff that's blocked off and removed doesn't need replacement gaskets, which is what I meant by deleting those from the kit. I'm better off peicing the 1 or 2 gaskets that I need seperately. - thanks
