Question Garrett too small?

I have a brand new Garrett turbo that was lying around the house this year. I plan on getting an fc for a daily driver next year because I am tired of my fd getting dinged in parking lots. The part number is 2674398 and the only downside is that it says AR .42 and AR .82. I figured that the hot side would be okay, but is the cold side too small for a stock port fc?

Those do sound pretty small... what wheels are in there? measurements?

The only Garrett turbines I see that come in that exact A/R are T3 turbo parts... definitely not ideal if you ask me.
