Garret t4 non-BB oil pressure?

Hey guys I've tried to contact a few different Garret turbo distrubuters but no luck. I need to find out what oil pressure to feed a t4 62-1 non-BB turbo. I need to find out what size oil restrictor to use, and where I can find one. The motor is currently running about 100 psi. Just wanna make sure he isn't running to much oil pressure to the turbo. Thanks..!!

30-50psi oil pressure should be optimal.

I purchased a restrictor from www.atpturbo.com. They have one thats for T4 turbos, been using mine for a few years no problems. Their site is retardedly slow or I would have linked directly to it. Hope that helps.
