Fuel Pressure Regulator Solenoid help

I removed the FPR solenoid and just put the hose to a vacuum source. But my car seems to have 10.9 air fuel ratios when im cruising. Anyone ever have this problem. Im stock fuel with the A spec 500r kit. BUt am waiting on the CJ motorsports fuel system. Thanks

and the AF ratio changed when you bypassed the solenoid? Or you just happenend to hook up a wideband after you removed the solenoid?

the solenoid removal shouldn't change anything to the AF ratio, only on hot start.
