Fuel Kit recommendation for 550rwhp

So I have in the middle of rebuilding the engine and need a fuel kit to support around 550rwhp. I will be using a 500R Single turbo.

Need a full system, lines, fpr, rails, injectors etc.

Anything missing with the RX7Store kit?

http://www.rx7store.net/product_p/ultimatefuel.htm

Open to suggestions, thank you.

You don't need the primary rail unless your after looks or are wanting to run top feed primaries, get your 850's balanced, cleaned and flow tested then drop them in the primary slot. Run a secondary rail with 1680's, regulator and lines. I would also consider dual pumps.

What Sean said is correct. You can move the 850's up front or go with a top feed rail and injectors.

The FD primary and secondary are drop ins without modification to the rail?

Sorry to bump this up, but I have been speaking to Sean at A-spec and we finally have a setup for my fuel system.

Going to go with upgraded primary/secondary fuel rails, top feed 850/1680cc injectors, and all hardware (resistors, lines, connectors, etc)

Sean if you see this before my e-mail, please contact me and I'm ready to pay. Go ahead and send me an invoice of the parts and I'll send you the money.

Thanks!

i recommend a single Denso Cosmo (drop in) pump to be used in conjunction w a 20 amp Kenne Bell Boost A Pump.

lots of advantages over 2 pumps. it only works in boost! you set the voltage gain to your pump, zero to 50%. i have run plus 20% and it will run my 850/1600s to 95% duty cycle (not recommended) at 20 psi.

since i log fuel pressure i can tell you it is, and has been, perfect since 1999 when i installed my system.

check out Kenne Bell's tech rich site for info. around $200.

simple, less prone to problems.

no brainer.

i also have the kenne bell boost a pump. works well im only running it at 10% right now. it works much better when you raise the base fuel pressure as the pump can keep up no problem.

What power levels are you achieving with the kenne bell booster? Also, do they put extra stress on the pump?

I am wanting to go to the 450 whp range myself and I feel like i may start running out of fuel when i start raising boost.

with 550/1680 and a single walbro, would a boost a pump provide enough fuel for roughly 450whp? I think my primarys will be the biggest hold up.

I have recently seen some threads of people running a walbro 255 feeding a bosche 044 inline, is this a good option?

Supposedly, the in tank pump is supposed to be able to outflow the in line pump, but I've seen people running the setup you mentioned just fine. I looked into that pump setup because it's the easiest solution that should provide me enough fuel to switch over to E85 with 1000 primaries and 4x1000 secondaries.
