Which flywheel is better gor a street and strip car running a huge single turbo,as you all know diff year cars have different weight flywheels.So what do i use on my 3rd gen motor. 86-88,89-92 or 93-95.By the way the motor is a 3rd gen motor.

If it's a 3rd gen motor then the stock flywheel is what's needed for your application. The stock FD's flywheel have the best weight for a street/ strip car!

Same for Turbo or NA.

anyone know how much time off the ET will be lost with a lighter flywheel?? im assuming your ET will go down, but your trap speed will be higher since you go through the gears quicker, correct??
This is a real balancing act, and I doubt there is no single answer for all situations.
I used to think that a HEAVY flywheel is needed to get the car off the line.  This is the rule for NA motors...
With a lighter flywheel, this loads up the turbo more - turbo runs on engine load - so you'll get more/faster boost from the turbo.
Now, it's all about balancing both sides for your application...
