FD turbo kit into FC

Hi everyone.

I want to buy a full turbo kit that includes a big turbo (Greddy T-78, HKS T-51 etc.) But it seems that these company only makes it for the FD's. I don't want to piece together a kit from different vendors and end up spending more money and running around for parts.

Has anyone installed a FD kit on a FC, and what needs to be changed or modified. Can this be done with min. modification to the orginal kit.

Thanks,

Lancei

I think you just would need to use an FD intake manifold... which can be picked up for about 150 for everything.

two biggest issues are LIM clearance and position of the wastegate. Usually the FD manifolds will clear the FC lim if you space it out using a flange from racingbeat or something but you may need to get longer studs. The wastegate clearance on the motor mount or frame rail really depends on the design of the manifold.
