FD Single Turbo Oil Lines

I have been searching all morning but cannot find what I am looking for. I came across this thread a while back that had all the parts listed that you need for your oil feed/return for a single setup. The parts listed were detailed with sizes etc...

Can anyone help? It would be easy if someone just had a kit for sale. I have also been searching for that.

Let me know.

Thanks

For the benefit of the site and others that may search for this why not share this great site of information?...

ITs best if possible to not have any flat or inclined parts of the return line.
Mine comes out of the front cover into a 22degree fitting up to the turbo.
you may need a restictor even if it is not a ballbearing turbo pending on your oil pressure.

Yes hoping to get as much angel as possible, have the HKS cast manifold, it low but I'll see what can be done

Since its a complete new engine, renovated, the oil pressure is stock, up to 8bar isn't ?

having startup in 3weeks planned.. don't wanna go for startup just to find I need even more parts right away... :/

but you say I may need... MANY here on this forum has the same turbo, but still I can't find any straight answers

so much knowledge here, but still 50 or more threads about this subject but still no firm direct answers

maybe should buy a restrictor right away and start up whitout int and see how it goes... if I need to install it or not... hmm

many thought and worries just about starting up a new engine, hoped I could get this worrie out of the way before

Before you start you car prime the **** out of the oil so the turbo if primed also. It is also a good idea to have someone hold the nut on the compressor still for the initial start up for a second or two. This is what we do on large diesel engine and over the road trucks.
And i am using a.060restrictor on my to4s on stock oil pressure.

Journal .But rotaries have nasty oil pressure and it may not leak or smoke on a new or a tight rebuild but on a used or loose rebuild it may smoke or just make the compressor cling dirt.
The idea is to get enough oil to support the bearings and cool it. too much will cause drag also.

yeah same as hondas high oil preassure, so, even with restrictor no worries of not enough oil to cool the bearing?

yes to much oil will equal slow spool, just wanna be sure it's enough oil to not harm the new things to

so this kit would be ideel for me? 0,60" = 1,524mm

I know this is a bit of an old thread, but what size is your return line? And where can I buy something simlar like this?

More importantly, I am trying to figure out the size of the bolt adapter side that connects is screwed to the oil pump.

Please let me know if someone can chime in.

Thanks!

^ Be careful with that rubber drain line exposed next to the exhaust primaries. I would insulate the drain and or shield the heat away from the rubber.
