FD GT35R turbo and fuel system build up - New Zealand

Hi guys and girls well I have posted parts of my build on here before, when i first got my FD and throughout the build but it was fairly stock... I blew the first engine then decided to go large extend port had it tuned to 303HP at the wheels then the twins gave up at the track.... I then upgraded to a GT3540 Garrett (with stock fuel system) but I havent done much since that as I started my own business last year and just havent had the funds to finish off the fuel system etc..

Since my initial build i have put some 17x8 and 17x9 Gram Light wheels on, semi slicks all round and Tein HA suspension as it will really only be driven at the track....

Anyway, here are some pics etc of my single turbo build, The new fuel rail arrived the other day and I purchased most of the lines and fittings needed for the fuel system upgrade too, my aim is for 450-500HP or more....

Here is my list of parts so far:

Garrett GT3540 Turbo
XTR Turbo Beanie
RX7 Heaven custom steam pipe manifold
RX7 Heaven Stainless steel downpipe
M&H 60mm Wastegate (they are crap dont ever buy one!!)
Bosch 044 fuel pump
Bosch 1680cc top feed injectors
Green Brothers Racing secondary fuel rail
Sard Rising rate Fuel pressure reg
2L stainless steel surge tank
Speedflow aero fittings and -6 braided hose

Tuning will be done by Tony at RX7 Heaven

Feel free to comment or give me suggestions as its the first time I've ventured down this track...

Hey bud, what ECU are you running? I think I remember you having a Power FC. Would be great to see what you end up at when Tony is done.
Cheers,

Woohoo! Fuel system set up and first tune done, managed to get 410hp at the wheels on 16psi boost... I want to get used to the power before I put more boost into it it's a whole new machine, had problems on the dyno at first, alternator packed in and had mis fire issues too, just couldnt hey the car to rev above 4000rpm on boost setting so after replacing the plugs several times and the coil packs I put two of my second hand Hks plugs in and presto, we had decent spark!!!

I will get pics up of the new setup soon
