Dyno today
So i let my friend take my car today to his school (UTI) to dyno it at 5 psi and check the afrs. Too bad my 10psi spring didnt come in in time. =(
but i will be dynoing it again once i get it in.
Lets see what the kit makes at 5 psi

I will post the results once i get them.
I dont know what exactly the turbo specs are, other then the a/r is 1.15
But the mods im running is
Im running:
Streeport
PowerFC
FMIC
hks ssq bov
3" straight with Borla XR1 muffler
Trust Catback
50mm w/g
pulleys
koyo radiator
crane hi-6 ignition amp
magnecor wires
1680cc injectors
kieth rail
sr motorsports 9.5lb flywheel
6puck clutch
no a/c
I have a few questions for you guys if someone can please answer them:
-If i see how much i make at 5 psi. would using the theory that 1psi = 10 hp. be accurate at estimating what i would make at 10-14 psi.
-Wouldnt 5 psi be below the efficiency range of the turbo, and i would gain alot more by running 10-14?
-If the maps are pretuned on someone running 14psi. wouldnt that greatly affect the performance at 5 psi because the car is running super rich?
-So is it possible i see a gain of more then 10hp per psi because the mixture is leaning out more, and it is going to be a better range for the turbo?

That turbo actually spools pretty good, I made 300rwhp @ 8psi with similar mods, you should have no problem hitting 300+ @ 10psi--assuming the turbo holds together .
Good Luck and post your numbers!
