Awesome job! That truly is inspiring. And to think you did that on a Power FC, and 5 year old motor...even more impressive. Once you get that new tranny in you can just get in the car and enjoy the payoff from all the hard work.

Thanks man! Hard to believe it was 5 years ago we had him come down the first time.

I took it out this weekend and on street tires it's a waste. Nice to finally have too much power.

no. I think its the wastegate runner location. I have always had bad boost creep on this manifold. We thought being such a large turbo it would help or solve it. Made a first pull on 16psi spring and it went up to 21.5psi. So just went on to the race stuff.

Just reread this and ray hit 698 on 32psi. Back psi or something was at it's limits. Maybe swapping the larger exhaust housing will solve it but either way it was at the limit. Took another 4 psi to pick up 2-3hp!

Very nice numbers, good stuff man. I can't believe the motor is not pinned! How are you getting a hold of your Q16, do you have a local place that keeps it stocked?

Yes, a few shops around stock it. Not a big deal.

Its a long story lol. My fresh streetported motor w/ the 1.0 A/R TD61 only made 360whp at 15psi. I took my time with the build, crossed all the T's and dotted all the i's. Now I got it narrowed down to some sort of restriction, but dont know where. Either my HKS cast manifold or RB duals most probably. The weird thing is people have hit 400whp-420whp @15pi using either/or/both.

For the whole story, here is my thread. The new motor talk begins at page 5.
