1. Compression test the motor to make sure it's ok.

2. Pressure test for boost leaks... especially with that ghetto BOV (which you need to get welded on there). You can make a pressure tester out of home depot parts, just a pipe cap with an air fitting. or www.boostpro.net/prodtester.html sells them. MY BOV was leaking because I hadn't tightened it up enough. Then I pressure tested it up to 14psi and nothing was leaking (after I had fixed a bunch of misc leaking blockoff plates etc).

Ok thanks guys. I've just made an appointment with Ray from PFS to get it tune and look over. So for now i'll be adding 2cycle mix and hopefully i'll be safe til then. And thanks a lot everyone for helping me out.
