downpipe sizing questions

downpipe sizing questions
i just today recieve a 62-1 with .81 ar and it says p trim was wondering what size downpipe would fit, i ordered a 3inch v band cause that is what turbonetics told me would fit and when i measured the outlet on the hot side the outer diameter measured 3.5 inches any help would be appreciated
