Has anyone ran a 4barrel blow thru carb on a 13BT with any degree of sucess?

They are commonly used on turbo V8s pushing out 4 figure bhp figures while keeping really good drivability and reliability, but a big capacity V8 is a whole different ballgame to us, so has anyone ran one on a little 13B Turbo before with any degree of success?

A friend has all the bits to make it a goer on his FB as he has parted out his turbo mustang, and although a lot of it is in the tuning, if its been tried and tested that a big power turbo rotary will never drive ok on a decent blow-thru 4barrel, I'll tell him its been tried and not worth it from the off.

 

I'm using a blow-through carb on my Corolla. It works well on the street when properly tuned. I build my own carbs. This is a hp950 set up for e85.
