Connectors cut them or what

Now that I have all my block off plates in place should or can I just cut the connectors the use to hook up on that component and how about all those unneccessary connectors like for the soleniods that was remove?

And what are the main connectors that will be used in a single turbo conversion or setup

i've seen people completly unwrap the harness and take the lines out but i'm not sure what else you would need to do.

What I'll do is run the car with them disconnected and then cut them one by one if the engine will run ok.
