I have a Garrett t04s if I'm right 715583-5006 60-1, A/R .70 an .63 hotside. The turbo was left at friends house an the owner never came an picked up his parts so my friend gave it to me or it was going in the trash. Apparently the previous fella used a cheap fitting an it broke an lost oil pressure to the tubo. Fairly sure it needs all the bearings, compresor wheel an more than likely the turbine since the shaft looks kinda rainbowed. I'm trying to find out where I can find part's to fix it or if it'll be cheaper to get a center section?

i personally would save up a little more and just buy a new turbo with a bigger hotside.
